Just place the T-Bar tubing in the sleeve (like a hot dog bun) and fold the loops over the hooks. This will prevent the sleeve from filling up with water and dripping water on the floor. The ends usually wear out the fastest but not with Sorbo.... they inserted a protective material on each end of the 18 inch and larger models to minimize wear against frames.
